Terms and Conditions: Booking Fee to secure Booking is $800.00. It secures the date and your photographer for the specified date . Price of Package is fixed to wedding day once booking is paid. Full Payment must be made 30 days prior to Wedding Date. This is a binding agreement which we have read and understand between designer images and the client. All day coverage is inclusive of preparation ceremony formal photos reception up to and including reception speeches cake cutting and bridal dance formalities are complete. The retainer /booking fee is non refundable . The studio will perform its duties in a professional manner. If there are any style of photographs in particular that the client wishes to be taken on the wedding date the client is responsible for providing the studio a written list of photographs or a digital copy to be taken i.e specific family photos. Or sample images, by email is fine. If the photographer assigned on the wedding day is unavailable for the day the studio will provide another photographer of equal experience .. The studio reserves the right to use all photos for publicity purposes including social media unless agreement is reached with client who wishes not to have any images used for marketing or publicity The client understands that upon receiving the disc /USB with images the copyright always remains the right of the studio .photos can be used for personal purposes ONLY. Any images used on social media must credit the studio as the original owners of the image/s. Any images supplied to other suppliers must be done with the knowledge that the studio must receive a credit must be given by the supplier upon using the image/s . We are a service industry so GST applies. * The Studio will carry the assignment with due care and diligence; however there are circumstances beyond our control. The studio shall not be liable for any circumstances out of our control and it is agreed the studio shall be limited to monies paid excluding the booking fee. * This studio accepts no responsibility for the printing of photos by the client from external labs, the quality of the images from your USB are of the highest quality and have been edited for outstanding professional results if taken to a professional printing lab,
